If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Bullion and precious-metals
Because the price of precious-metals fluctuates, bullion products and constitutional silver are subject to different return terms.
• Market loss fees. If the price of precious-metals declines after you bought the item, we will only refund you the current market value of the items.
• 7 day return window. All bullion products must be within 7 days of the item arriving.
• Bullion must be returned in its original packaging.
We will reject a return if
• There is any evidence of tampering, alteration, or misrepresentation
• The coins is not in the same condition it was sold, or has been cleaned
• A bullion products isn't in its original packaging.
• If a certified coin isn't in its original, untampered holders.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless
• the return is becouse of a shipping error
• A product defect
• Or if there is a reasonable concern regarding the authenticity of the coins
How to start a return?
1. Contact BuffaloCoinCompany within the aloted return window.
2. We will send you the return address (and if you are eligible for free returns, we will send you a prepaid shipping label)
3. Once we receive your return, and our team inspected the product to insure that the return follows our guidelines, we will send you a refund.
